When you submit the RSVP form, we collect your first and last name, email address, RSVP status, expected party size, optional guest name, optional phone number for manual day-of contact, and optional note. We also keep the invitation list needed to verify RSVP eligibility and store limited technical information needed to prevent spam and duplicate abuse.

How We Use It

We use your information to confirm your RSVP, send event reminders by email, prepare for the guest count, and share practical information about the party. We do not sell or share this list for advertising.

Email Preferences

RSVP confirmation and reminder emails include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops reminder emails but does not erase your RSVP.
